About Us

We get it. Your quality of sleep takes a back seat to all of life’s demands. The next thing you know, you haven’t slept well in so many years, you have forgotten what it feels like to be well rested. At Virtual Sleep Docs, we want to challenge you take back your sleep and observe how productive you can be throughout your day.

We believe that there are three foundational aspects to a productive and healthy life: Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep. There are many specialists in nutrition and exercise but not as many professionals focus on quality of sleep. We know that if you can increase your quality of sleep you will have more energy for exercise and choose healthier food options (not to mention you will be in a better mood).

Virtual Sleep Docs is a physician-lead Sleep Medicine practice that is supported by a talented team with a passion for helping patients obtain healthy sleep. We understand that sleep disorders do not discriminate and can be found in young, old, male, female, small and large body types. This also means that there is not a “one size fits all” style of treatment. Our providers are sleep specialists with a combined knowledge of over 40 years of experience, and the Medical Director is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine.

Sleep Medicine + Telemedicine

We understand. It can be difficult to drive and wait for your doctor appointment.

You end up pushing off the recommendation to see a sleep doctor because of your demanding schedule or maybe it's a long drive.

The potential health hazards of pushing these appointments off are NOT worth it! We have worked diligently to develop a program that will deliver the healthcare that you need. Whether you have a 30 minute window between meetings or during the time when your little ones are taking a nap, our telemedicine platform allows you to see our providers while keeping to your busy schedule.

Good Sleep = Good Health

Did you know that underlying sleep disorders can be responsible for Type II Diabetes, Stroke, Heart Attacks, High Blood Pressure, and car crashes?

Even memory problems can be linked to poor sleeping habits, yet many patients are treated at the symptom level, rather than looking into possible sleep patterns that caused these issues in the first place!
Our providers have over 40 years of experience in Sleep Medicine, and our Medical Director is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine. We CAN help you obtain healthy sleeping habits.

Technology & Compliance

Did you know that there are over 80 different sleep disorders?

The most frequent disorder we diagnosis is Sleep Apnea, followed by Insomnia. Sleep Apnea means that you stop breathing while you are asleep. The gold standard treatment for Sleep Apnea is a CPAP machine.
After you have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and have chosen CPAP therapy, we want to make sure you don't put it away in your closet after a few months of trying it. We utilize brands that allow us to see how your treatment is working via cloud-based systems. Data from your CPAP machine uses cellular data to send this information to us and we are able evaluate your therapy on a continual basis. We can also change your settings remotely and save a trip!
